I liked the boutique hotel experience and the town of Paris.
The hotel was warn and in need of a facelift. The toilet kept running because the flapper was faulty. This was not the fault of the hotel, but there was a wedding party staying at the hotel who acted like they owed the place. They were very loud and were partying most of the night. In the morning at breakfast, one of the guests was holding court in the breakfast area and made it for anyone else to talk.

Each room has a charming design - our room was the Stanley Kubrick room. Good black out curtains. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Liked the fact we had a sofa and coffee table included. Location was excellent. Parking onsite was full by the time we got there, but free 24 hour parking was located nearby in the next block.
The lighting could have been brighter in the front entry area of the room. While the bathroom was nice there was an area to the left of the mirror with peeling paint. It wouldn't take much to touch up the paint. Hopefully they don't ignore this and fix it.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great! Loved the bar area.
Room was underwhelming. Needs upgrades. Found it dark.
