The room was very clean. There was some stains on the curtains up high

We did not get check out instructions in our email the day we checked in nor the day we checked out. We went down to the front desk where the staff member at the counter told us to place our room keys in a drop box on the counter. When we got to the parking garage we did not have our room keys because the staff member told us to place them in the box. We needed them to leave the parking garage. So we had to pay to leave the garage and then paid again for parking with our incidentals charge. $74 for parking. I’d appreciate if someone reading this looked into it and could return one of the $37 charges for parking.

Always so nice and clean, the staff are kind and helpful.

The bed was a little worn, I sunk into a hole? Not so much a hole but a bed that has been used a lot.

Temp control in rooms. Too cold

Great central location. Good room size and comfortable

Staff were not welcoming. We had a room booked for 4 with breakfast included but only got given 2 breakfast vouchers because ‘that is their policy’. That is false advertising
