The location was great. Walking distance to Temple square and lots of restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Close to nearby parks. Staff was incredibly friendly and able to hold my bags while I explored before/after check in/out. Room was so big and cozy I almost wished I was in it more.

I liked the price, the location was great and the view was wonderful.
The towels were harsh not soft at all. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pull out sofa bed was so thin you could feel the metal through the mattress. For a hotel owned by Hilton I expected it to be better. I paid for breakfast but we never were told anything about it either day.

I love how it's close to downtown and easy to get in and out. I love how spacious it is.
Our bathroom door handle was broken upon arriving and the lock was the only thing to lock the door. Stains on bathroom ceiling and it be so humid and hot even tho the ac was on and it was hard to sleep at night.
