Location and price
Only one thing the bathroom light/fan were very noisy and obviously needs to be replaced. I told staff and they were very apologetic but it did not hinder my lovely stay

Very welcoming, especially the staff member that greeted me. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
As I mentioned to the person checking me out, I wish there was a night light to plug into the bathroom. When all lights are out it's very dark and when one has to get up in the night it's impossible to see. A small light plugged in in the bathroom would make a huge difference. The mirror light was connected to the bathroom fan/light. If that was separate I could use the mirror light.. Like lighting is very important, and very bright uncontrollable lights are not pleasant.

Location next to the beach and mini golf
Honestly…The price was inflated…paying over $400 for a motel room of this calibre is insane. There are still very old elements of this motel that are very evident, the ceiling was falling off in the bathroom, there was a very musty smell to the room that don’t go away with the AC on like I thought it would. The kitchen area was very old.
