Friendly staff, cleaned well, free breakfast, easy parking by entrance, decent exercise room.
Breakfast eggs were frozen than microwaved, and sausages maybe the same. Would be Way way better if actually cooked via oven or stove.

A bit dodgy in the parking lot and a bit dusty overall as in looked a bit old but clean

Met cost/value expectations.
Acceptable breakfast, handy location (ferry, island highway and Nanaimo).
Nice harbour views over roof tops.
Cosy foyer, elevator, morning breakfast entrance area.
Spacial parking.
Room functional but a bit drab (carpet room AC unit quirky, bathroom door hinges need some WD40 ..).
Some traffic noise as room faced street. Probably less of an issue on other side of corridor / building.
Could consider installing EV charging ports.

Loved the Breakfast, amazing!!! Very qiet and comfortable.
Housekeeping very poor. When we checked in in our room the ice bucket was filled with garbage from previous guests. The garbage wasn't taken out even on the day they made the beds. Asked the room service specifically if we could please have 2 shampoos since they were very tiny, barely enough for 1 person, didn't get it. Carpet absolutely disgustingly dirty, big stains and seemed never have been cleaned.
