I loved the staff and the overall facility, the fact that they had complimentary drinks and breakfast was an unexpected surprise. We splurged on this hotel because we needed a close place to stay to see a concert. Having spent more than I would have liked, I realized as soon as we arrived that we were in for a treat and we were treated like royalty. This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Really lovely hotel, front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Every time we had a question or were even just greeting us warmly when we walked in.

We liked everything about the hotel, except the very loud noise late into the night and into the early morning hours from the nearby bars. Pounding drum beat music used to be fun when I was a younger person, but now, keeps me from sleeping and I wasn’t unable to go to sleep two nights in a row at this hotel until at least 3 AM when the music stopped. The noise was just horrible. Really wished I would have known about this before booking. We were in the back of the hotel building and there was a bar/night club right across the street
