The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the entire French Quarter and Frenchman Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was good for a two-night stay during our visit to New Orleans but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.
The property’s dated charm is actually off-putting. The musky smell upon entering and the need for a refresh of all the upholstery are noticeable. The bottom-floor room windows aren’t frosted so blinds are always required for privacy from the street.

Just missing the extra touches for the price we paid - eg providing umbrellas for guests to use, parking quite pricey compared to other stays in US

Rebecca is the BEST worker you have when it comes to hospitality!!! She was so accommodating and super friendly! Never let her go…. The other front desk agent however needs to learn from her!
The amount of towels because the shower leaked all over the entire bathroom floor because the shower curtains seem to be too short. The pool needs more lighting for night use
