Location is perfect! The owner is super friendly and kind. Room was perfect for me & my son. WiFi was spotty but we spent all of our time exploring Old Quebec so we didn't mind. Highly recommend! My pictures are of the beautiful stained glass balcony door, and the view from the balcony.

The location is fantastic. Close to all the must see locations in Old Quebec City. The owner Mark was very helpful and patient with us.
The washroom/bathroom could be more private. Less clutter inside the room. I mean there were large furnitures that can be removed to make the room cleaner and wider

The location is unbeatable. It is in the Old Port of Quebec, within the fortress walls. You can walk everywhere in this area from the hotel. It was easy to check in and out as well and the parking was great for us. We arrived on Friday and were able to park in front of the hotel all weekend because it's free after a certain time. Otherwise the parking is a short distance from the hotel.
The room was severely outdated and not the cleanest because of its age. The TV didn't work and was propped up on a slapped together wooden box. For the price that you pay for this location, the room itself should be more updated.
