Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

Convenient to town.

Nothing!

Location , staff and breakfast were great

Some people stay up late and it can get noisy at night if trying to sleep . I think pets may be allowed and I had a walking dog for hours above my room on night # 3 -very annoying

Location mostly.

Everything was ok

Good location, bed was comfortable.

I will start off by saying that on the day we checked in the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all, was not welcoming. He was checking us in as he was eating a bag of Dorito chips. The room rug wasn’t vacuumed properly. As I walked around the room, I noticed things that should’ve been vacuumed up by a rug like piece of paper, food, crumbs, sand etc. In front of the sink, there was a stain on the floor as well as in the bathroom. The pressure from the shower was not strong at all. The rooms were not soundproof so we were able to hear every cough, sneeze, conversation, and television show that other people were watching. The connecting room doors (2) didn’t seem secure so it had us worried the whole time. And on our second night, we were woken up at 12:30 in the morning to someone trying to get into our room. If it weren’t for the safety latch we had on they would’ve been able to walk right into our room. Apparently what happened was that another person was assigned room keys to our room because our room was listed as vacant. Not sure how that happened in their system if we were booked for three nights. Wish I could say we had a better experience on our little anniversary getaway, but that wasn’t the case. I definitely feel that I should’ve been reached out to by the manager of the property after that incident with another customer basically coming into our room, but no one bothered to call and apologize for that situation. I won’t be staying at this property ever in the future and I don’t recommend it to anybody.
