The friendliness of staff and the proximity to Kia Center
I would have liked the staff to let me know my options for parking and the time that breakfast is served upon check in

Friendly staff! Very clean inside and out. Room was very clean
I had booked a king bed with pull out mattress. Only issue pull out mattress seemed worn out. Didn’t have much of any cushion to it. And no extra bedding was given. I did request some at the front desk and was lucky enough to get some since i asked after hours.
