I was able to get a same day booking. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.
Small thing but the lights in the main living area are not on a wall switch near the entrance. I was there for an event downtown so the hotel was a bit farther out than I was hoping for.

Overall decently clean. The hotel its self is a bit outdated but it always smelled clean. The rooms were clean, beds were moderately comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good. Located close to restaurants and the mall.
Only downside was the neighbors on the floor were so loud the walls are paper thin. The person above us would shake the headboard of our bed every once in a while and this would go on till 1/2 in the morning.
