The room was exceptional

Location is great and walkable to all things wonderful in the Back Bay. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Nice robes. Very clean.
Would have liked more bathroom supplies such as liquid soap. Carpet seems old and had a few stains. Old teabag in the teapot that was missed. In general, the old charm was very nice otherwise.

Reasonable sized, and well equipped rooms. Reasonable buffet breakfast selection.
Room a bit shabby for the price (stain on carpet, torn fabric on chair)
