Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft Collins by IHG

We like this location because it's off the beaten path, quieter but still close to CSU (our main destination). The breakfast is nice and super convenient. I like that they have greener options and let you choose how much housekeeping you want during your stay. Also, they have moved the coffee to the lobby so it's available 24/7 and you don't have to wonder about "is the coffee maker clean?" or "did someone do something to the coffee maker." The soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are in refillable bottles = less waste.

The blinds are a bit hard to operate (the chains get confusing). Also, first floor rooms you can hear breakfast prep begin in the morning if you're on that end of the hallway.

Great staff at the desk. Nice pool and hot tub. Very comfortable room and bed. Decent breakfast and great nights sleep.

No concers.

I like that I didn't have to pay over 300.00 for a night in this hotel because of the date I chose.

I didn't like that the baseboards were dirty. That grout was missing from the tiles on the bathroom floor. That they didn't have half & half for the coffee. That we had to go downstairs for the coffee.
