I loved the atrium in the center of the hotel it is such a cool concept!! The staff was incredible. The room was great. Location was ten out of ten. Breakfast was great at tradewinds. The main swimming pool was perfect.
The water park was being worked on when we went down to the pool areas. We were excited about the water slides and they weren’t working. Also the toddler splash area looks a bit run down definitely could use some TLC out there.

It smelled AMAZING upon arrival and throughout the hotel!!!! The Food was delicious. The Pool area….Zenful!!!!

I like the cleaning of the hotel and staff.
I asked for a crib, and it was dirty, with holes, and not sheets, nothing. I booked a room with pool view, and they give me parking view for the same price.
