Very good location & staff were friendly and hospitable.
The laundry facility area was not clean & all machines were moldy & dirty! I backed out & decided not to bother using both washing & drying machines on our last day stay there, just packed those in a laundry bag to just bring back home for washing.
The saltwater pool was in the same area as the laundry facility with some strange dirt on the water so didn't bother using it as well.

Close to everything around Waikiki, friendly staff, laundry on site, and loved that the pool was heated.
I booked my reservation for 5 people. The bathroom had only 2 towels to use to shower.

Hotel location was 12min walk to Waikiki. Room was average and simple.
Eveything was so expensive. The room was located above the bar and pool, so it was noisy when we opened the door of the balcony.

Didn't like the $35 destination fee added at checkout, there was only one chair, no closet, no luggage rack, very limited bathroom counter space and no functioning blind in small bathroom window.
