Great location -pool was great along with front desk staff
The housekeeping staff was horrible - came to our door at 10:30 am first day of stay and said they would be back soon to clean our room and they did not ever return - when we inquired of them when we would see them in hallway over the next couple of days there was always an excuse of why they had not cleaned our room yet - when we asked for towels it felt like we were inconveniencing them and would wait for up to 30 minutes on them -

All rooms face the beach. The rooms were clean and all had a balcony (where you could look at the beach).
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is at a great location- walking distance to restaurants and the Pleasure Pier.
There are two elevators. Unfortunately, only one was operable. The one that was in operation was extremely slow. Both guests and cleaning staff had to use this elevator, causing some wait time. Many times we walked down the stairs from the 5th floor to save time.
The breakfast at the hotel is expensive.

Had the American scramble Mondale had 5 pieces of potatoes expensive for what I got
The ELEVATOR SUCKED!! I read reviews prior to trip apparently it’s been like this way too long. Old carpet room had drywall damage
