Clean, comfortable, great staff and excellent breakfast. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was good. The location was great and we loved our balcony room. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was nice and comfortable.

The room had a nice size and the basic amenities. The hotel has an excellent location right on the marina.
The property only has one elevator and seems to be always busy. Overflow parking for guests is in a non-adjacent lot. Breakfast was so-so. During our stay, the water supply broke down and we were left without hot water first, and then with no water at all until we checked out. No credit was offered to guests for this mishap and we were still charged the hotel's high daily rate.
