It was a big bonus that our wheelchair accessible ADA room came with two bathrooms! A regular one and an accessible one. Also, it was nice to have a living room and a bedroom.
The front desk staff was professional, but not what I would call friendly.

Close to lots of things and the beds are comfortable. Staff is very nice.
The breakfast was bad and found hair in it. Smell of cigarettes in the room and carpets are old, with stains. Think about replacing with tiles or vinyl planks. Way more easy to clean. Because close to the train tracks can’t even think about sleeping with the window open.

We liked the location and love staying at best western for the fun family swimming
The elevator was broken I had heavy bags and no one to help me, was quite the workout I wasn’t expecting, and the heater was broken at the pool
