This hotel is gorgeous and always enjoyable. We love the rooms and the property and basically the feel of being here.
We had an issue with our air conditioner in our room.

It was in a good location. Clean enough. The price a bit much for what was included.
The staff was less than personable. The woman in the gift shop was rude and condescending. Hot tub was not working and pool staff was rude and unhelpful. Watched many interactions with other patrons and was shocked by the treatment they were given. The restaurant was over priced and mediocre at best.$22 for a cold undersized burger. $14 for French toast...im good. Ill stick with the local restaurants.
