Hotel Gibbs Downtown Riverwalk

How convenient it was to the Alamo in the Riverwalk.

The valet parking was a little slow and a little inconvenient.

Friendly staff, great location and walkable to many attractions, including the River Walk. The accomindations were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Hotel has a ton of carector that looks like it was left when they renovated it.

Could use hooks in the bathroom for clothes and to hang towels. Water pressure could be better.

We liked that it was super close to the alamo and the riverwalk. Breakfast was ok. Tortillas were too hard. Elevators come quick.

A couple of the valet was great. The rest were horrible!!! You could never find anybody. People were always on their phone. Breakfast is advertised for 6am. We went down and were told 6:30 like we were wrong for being there. No one vacuums under the bed. Towels smelled old. You really do have to hunt employees down. The construction made it impossible to find using gps. Thats something that should be posted on the web site. Everyone was nice, just not trained. There is no microwave in the room. The little concession stand downstairs was empty. Sounded like someones toilet was running all day and night the entire time we were there.
