No pool

Check in process was simple at the front desk
Valet staff outside were polite everytime you entered/ left the hotel, always opened the door and greeted you well, a very pleasant experience. Self parking is available in local garages (we used Houston garage) for a fraction of the price!
No swimming pool!
. It would be great if more information/ recommendations for the city could be given to travellers, even a small map! Room was clean, a good size and had all the necessary amenities. Good communal spaces within the hotel.
