The comfort

N/A

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast amazing! Plenty of parking.

Nothing at all.

Check in was easy, they met all my needs when asked for extra comfort items.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff was very nice.

The hotel is not well kept. It has a funny smell. The first room we went to had stains on the floor and couch and stunk terribly of pet urine. They room that we moved to was better but there is a lot of torn away edges, walls in poor repair, the elevator is kind of scary as it shakes and vibrates, the pillows are extremely flat and the air conditioner temps were very inconsistent. One outlet in the bathroom brilliantly placed under the hanging hand towels and the lighting is all very dim throughout both the room and bathroom.
