Ink 48 Hotel

Room nice and clean. Great city view. Quiet room. Staff were professional and friendly. If you’re planning on going to the rooftop bar, you need a reservation before hand. When I booked the room I also made a reservation for the bar. We sat outside, the weather was great and the food was okay. Good location as well.

Beware of parking. I was told I would be charged $85 for valet parking, flat rate and my card was charged and extra $170 in total.

We loved everything about Ink 48. The view of the Hudson River from our room was amazing, and it made the perfect setting for a special trip. This was my wife's first holiday since giving birth a year ago, so it meant a lot to us that everything went smoothly. A special mention has to go to Jessica, the hotel manager, who was extremely welcoming and kind. Coming from London, she genuinely changed my perception not just of New York, but of America as a whole. The rest of the staff were just as accommodating, bringing a microwave, kettle and ironing board to our room without any fuss, and the cleaning was consistently top level throughout our stay. The location is ideal for families. It's only 15–20 minutes to Times Square, so you're close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy some real peace and quiet at the end of the day. There's also plenty to do right on your doorstep along the Hudson River. If we visit New York again, we'd definitely stay here. An amazing place.

handheld shower head in room didn’t work, elevators didn’t work on first attempts, i selected late check out & my key card stopped working way before then, dirty towels, shower not cleaned thoroughly enough, unwiped cleaning marks, staff on rooftop was rude specifically the old bald dude, ac stopped working
