The Dominick Hotel

An exceptional hotel with an excellent location; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and every request of ours was handled perfectly. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever visited—highly recommended. At the front desk, we were assisted by a staff member named Mohendra, who provided excellent service; we asked to check into our room early due to our very early arrival and to check out late because of a night flight, and every request was met perfectly and with a smile.

The only criticism regarding the hotel concerned the elevators; there is a long wait for an elevator to arrive, as the hotel has many floors.

Location and cleaning employees

Elevators are the worst, takes 30’ to go down or up. Some front desk employees attitude. I think that at 600 per night is overpriced.I got an upgrade but the blinds in my room didn’t work.

Friendly staff, location very good.

The lift system do not work sometimes you wait 20 minutes for a lift, one day the lifts did not work at all and we had to walk down with the stairs.

Spacious rooms and good location in SoHo

Elevators were a disaster, the wait was insane for the number of elevators. They need to be programmed differently, it is not the Hilton on midtown to be that busy. The TV was not connecting to my iOS device which is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. The hotel appeals to people who think they need to spend a lot of money to stay in manhattan but is lacking the charm of the peninsula or the ritz. The rooftop is a joke.
