People at the front desk were really great. Breakfast buffet was distinctly above-average for American continental breakfasts; had pulled-chicken and tex-mex sort of fixings for it, in addition to standard fare like eggs, potatoes, sausages.
Airport shuttle schedule was inaccurate/unpredictable. I even checked with the hotel first to ensure I understood late-night arrival airport options, and they'd confirmed 1am, 2am, 3am pattern. Got to shuttle bay 10 minutes early, and stood there waiting for 40 minutes. Wish that'd been better.

Large and comfortable room. Decent coffee in the rooms, albeit a slightly miserly stock. Comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains.
Styrofoam cups in the breakfast buffet - really? Decent breakfast selection but chaotic atmosphere in the brekfast area because of the huge TV screen, poor acoustics and heaps of post-checkout guests glued to their smartphones. Surprisingly horrible coffee in the breakfast buffet. Sofa in the room was very uncomfortavle to sit on. The hotel is technically in the airport area, but because of the driving route the airport shuttle used almost 30 min to get to the hotel. Outsourced airport shuttle leaves something to be desired.

The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist at my arrival was very friendly and helpful. I arrived almost at midnight
