Best Western Heritage Inn Chico

Location

The room was HUGE and beautiful. The wet bar was very fancy. The cable was good — except abc didn’t work in the middle of the night and World News Now! Is my favorite show. The bed was fantastic. The linens and pillows were very good.

Breakfast stopped serving at 9am — that’s too early for vacation — so I didn’t go. No grab bar in the shower & it was treacherous. When I very politely and nicely requested late check-out (only a half hour); the front desk woman was borderline RUDE. When I thanked her, she just said, “Uh, huh.”

Comfortable, location was great and staff Plesant. Also the Breakfast was good.

N/A

The staff was professional and did their best to accomodate our requests. The breakfast room was bright and clean. The staff kept it well stocked.

the light over the sink in the restroom area did not stay on and went on and off throughout the first night. The next day as we were getting ready for a wedding, the light went off every 5 mins as I was attempting to apply makeup and fix my hair. It was very frustrating. Maintainance personnel came by to look at it and was not able to correct. The switch was not the proper switch for that light. Also, the shower only ran while in the hot position. When we tried to adjust temperature to cool, water turned off. I appreciated that the staff listened to my complaints.
