CJ at the fro t was fantastic. I had made on and we arrived the hotel did not have in there system. I asked him if he could canel that reservation since he had a room available. He gave the room later that afternoon he called to confirm that he was canceling the online reservation. He took care of everything for me. I had one less to stress about. We where on town dropping of our at Chico State University. Breakfast was great another thing not to worry every morning. Thank you CJ for Everything... Cea fam6
