100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
The location was convenient for 16 Street.

Was charged a higher rate initially than the rate booked on Booking.com. I had to ask the front desk to correct the overcharge. Front desk seemed short staffed even with a conference happening. Many times I went, there was no one at the desk and I had to wait.

The location was amazing and walkable to everything we needed. The room was clean and extra towels were provided. The bar and restaurant was very nice too. The food was very good and I was pleasantly surprised.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel location and staff were amazing and the hotel itself was very clean.

Everything was great until checkout where my card was charged $165 USD more than the amount that I agreed to pay through booking.com. I called the hotel and they were not helpful at all and told me it wasn’t their problem. Booking.com tried to contact the hotel multiple times and didn’t get any response, but they did refund me the difference which I appreciate.
