I liked the price and staff was awesome.

The rooms carpet needed shampooed as there were stains, dried buggers and what looked like a considerable amount of dirt from heavy traffic. Shower needed caulked, no microwave and light over coffee machine strobed. Also ice machine was broken on the floor.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They helped me when I wasn’t sure which direction to take the train, and I really appreciated their patience and kindness. The staff behind the bar at Social Spoon were amazing as well. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely apologetic about things that were outside of their control. Their customer service really stood out to me and made the experience better.

Unfortunately, my stay was pretty disappointing. When I first arrived, there were stains on the bed. To their credit, the staff immediately changed the sheets when I brought it to their attention. I also had issues with the TV. I wanted to watch a specific channel, but every time I turned the TV on, the screen kept malfunctioning. I called downstairs, and maintenance was sent up. Of course, the TV started working while maintenance was there, but as soon as he left, the problem started again. I called back to see if someone could come take another look, but no one ever came. I also had several issues with Social Spoon during my stay. Every time I went, they were either out of something I wanted or my order was incorrect. Overall, there were just too many small issues throughout the stay that made the experience less enjoyable than I expected.
