The staff were very nice and helpful! They held our luggage several hours prior to check in as well as gave us the necessary information to rent a scooter.
They quickly gave us extra towels and amenities when needed.
It was nice to have a free breakfast every morning and the rooms were very spacious!
We were very happy with everything and it was such a great deal overall.

How close it was to Disneyland.
There were what looked like mosquitoes inside our room. Mostly in the bathroom. We had to make sure we shut the door fast when coming in and out because there were a lot of bugs around the lights. I think the outside of the buildings could use some TLC. Just looks run down compared to the pictures online.

The space in the room was good. Kitchen appliances/white goods are excellent. All staff were lovely and parking was always free and available.
The housekeeping was only every 3 days which left us having issues with towels, bathroom cleanliness, and rubbish/trash. The breakfast is very basic. Kitchen in the room was not well stocked (e.g., tongs, paper towel, baking sheets). A little too far of a walk from Disneyland Resort for young children, about a block too far particularly in the heat.
