This is a great family-friendly hotel. Staff was very nice and very professional. I used to work in a hotel so I look in the rooms, check pillows and blankets to make sure everything is clean and everything was clean and dusted. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our room was very spacey and it was very quiet as well. The shuttle service to Disneyland is awesome and the drivers are very friendly. You get multiple choices of food and a convenient deli with personal items for sale.
The shower takes a little long to heat water, the tables in the bistro had book decorations on them and they were very dusty and had food crumbs stuck on them. I moved it away from our food but a few crumbs flew onto my plate.

Great location if you visit Disney. The shuttle was great and convenient. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast there is delicious. Parking was very easy and you can keep your car there until Disney closes and continue using the shuttle. The gardens are very pretty, and it was nice to stay in the tower room.
Overall the building is cute but outdated. The shower in our room was not great. The faucet and shower head were old and not in great shape. Also didn't drain well.

The environment is very nice and inviting.
The mattress on the bed is the worse I slept on, if I sleep for two to three hours. Not comfortable at all and I was looking for a restful night.
