SpringHill Suites Potomac Mills Woodbridge

I got the time mixed up for breakfast, but the attendant insisted that he prepared something for us. It was very much appreciated. It's hard to find such genuineness in hospitality. I also appreciated the kindness of all the staff that I encountered. Johnathan was a joy to talk to as he not only checked us in, but out. I definitely will stay not only there again, but the brand. The room was exactly like the pictures. This hotel was near plenty of restaurants and shopping right off the main higjway

I didn't like having to pay for parking, although the rate was excellent for a last minute trip

The setup was perfect for us and our two adult children with the sofa that converted into a bed. Got some work done at the desk.

Noise and chlorine smell throughout the lobby because of the adjacent indoor pool. No available handicap parking places.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom and will stocked on towels

The location was convenient for me.

The incompetence. The desk clerk who checked us in failed to do it properly & only finished assigning 1 of my 2 rooms to me. This resulted in both rooms being locked out without even a phone call to try to clear things up. My family in 1 of the rooms notified me that they were locked out when I was an hour away, and when I got back to the hotel, I found that I was locked out as well.
