Loved everything but had to check out early to get back home. Need to contact someone about refund since we booked through you! Please advise.

For the most part the facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly.
We stayed in room 202 and thankfully it was just for 1 night. Our room had dead gnats in the bathroom and there was a leak we believe coming from the A/C. My lady stepped on a puddle when she woke up due to this leak. We were there for one night but we told the staff first thing in the morning while we were leaving so that no one else has to deal with it.
