Oceanfront room had a great view of the beach/ocean. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
I found it odd that the breakfast and check in was in a completely different building; this was quite inconvenient. Breakfast buffet could have offered a lot better variety of foods and been better stocked. There was also no elevator to get from the ground level (parking lot), so we had to carry all our bags and luggage up to the first floor, and then take an elevator up. Later on, we did find a ramp to bring the cart down, but it was still quite inconvenient and difficult to maneuver.

The location, the fact that maids were bothering us. All the staff was friendly minus the older lady who worked the office of a morning, she was a bit of a prude.
The cleanliness had a lot to be desired. The shower water was NEVER warm. It was as tho they only cleaned the main stuff. There was dust packed on things that wasn’t used regularly. The coffee was nothing but hot water, the complimentary breakfast was just waffles and muffins, which would have been fine if the waffle mix would have been mixed correctly. It wasn’t a terrible stay, however if they don’t intend to correct these issues they need to stop competing price wise with hotels that do go all out.

It was the best stay we have ever had I love the beach so It was my big dream to stay on the beach and see out the window and be able to see the ocean that close. It was beautiful and I had a great time. I will be staying there again God Willing. We were Happy .
The inside pool was not always heated all the time but It wasn't that bad. I did enjoyed myself. It wasn't all bad at all.
