Great location for walking and riding the trolley to explore Gatlinburg! Also had up close views of Black Bears right in parking lot!
Wish for extended pool hours and really not sure why they aren’t until midnight! The room pictures on Booking do not represent all room types! Description should include info that many of the king suites have full flight of steps to access the bed!!

The location is great, it's very close to downtown, staff is very friendly and they pool is so nice.
The condition of the room….the bed made a strange noise just by sitting on it, we had a room with two beds , only use one. It didn't look clean either , in general poor conditions, I’m sorry!!!
