Glenstone Lodge

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. Close encounter with a black bear, we were unloading when a full size bear strolled through the parking lot….smart enough to remove all food and drink from the car.

The noise from the street was more than expected. The noise was loud enough to clearly hear in the room after 11pm.

Clean , tidy and easily accessible to down town Gatlinburg

Centrally located, friendly staff, quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise during your visit, clean

Could use some refreshing cosmetically in the pool area.

The bed was comfortable

The lobby, waterpark area & the grounds of the hotel was very nice. The room we were in was a whole other story. It needed serious repair work. The ceiling in our room & the walk way were damaged and sagging. The tub needed significant repair work. The vents were caked in dust & who knows what else. The hotel was obviously not full yet we were placed in this subpar room at the farthest part of the property. I felt like because we used booking.com we were given subpar room while other well cared for rooms set empty.
