Everything was amazing! Carrie at front desk was a literal Godsend!! She deserves a raise! She went above and beyond to help us out! We had a mix up with our card and Carrie handled it with grace, professionalism and complete kindness! When the electricity went out due to a storm, EVERYONE was impeccable with any info we needed, flash lights and even cookies! The staff was amazing!! The rooms and hallways were were clean! Loves the bathrooms too! Pool is always amazing even though we didn't use it this time. We'll keep booking here!

Friendly Helpful good location

Very easy to come off elevator and get to my car. Staff friendliness. The option for a pool and workout room, however it was a busy trip for me and I didn't get to use them.

My room never received service while I was there. I understand the next day after I got there was not necessary for someone to come clean my room. However, the following day my room was not made up with new bedding and new towels. I had to call and get some towels delivered to me when I got back that night. It was disappointing after a long day of being out to come back to a room that had not been serviced which may I add that I had paid for. On top of that. I was actually looking forward to a new fresh cleaned up room and it was not touched.
