The hotel had coffee water and cookies to welcome guests. The coffee and water was out for 24 hrs. The tv was huge and the room was perfect!

Breakfast was good... Staff was pleasant and accommodating
Hotel was dated and needs updating. Room doors have been replaced with cheaper birch door that fit poorly and probably don't have proper fire rating and fit poorly and have flimsy latches and locks.

The location was downtown in Elkins and close to what we needed. The breakfast was exceptional as there were many choices, including western omelets and fried potatoes one day and biscuits and gravy another day, along with the standard scrambled eggs, muffins, and waffles. It was crowded with bus tours, but there were enough seats for everyone.
Too far to walk from our room to the front desk and breakfast.

The area where the breakfast was served was very nice and seating was comfortable. The food was good.
We didn't enjoy paying for a room where the TV didn't have sound!! None of them did, except the lobby, and we wanted to watch in our room, not in the Lobby!!
