Staff were great. We liked the balcony. Beds were comfortable! Cleaning staff were very good.
The traffic driving by the hotel is loud. Groups of pick up trucks drive by on the way to Gatlinburg with music loud late in evenings. I realize this can’t be controlled by the hotel. Not blaming them. We would still stay again as we don’t usually go to sleep until later.

The river balcony
All the balconies need to be private. Traffic made it difficult to get out of parking lot at times

The room was wonderful, staff friendly, and breakfast was delicious.
Parking was very tight and limited. We had a difficult time getting parked in our truck due to small parking spots and overcrowding in the parking garage.
