Beautiful location with view of the lake. Easy to get to and a great central location for exploring NH. Rooms are comfortable. Janet is a very accommodating host.

Low water pressure in the shower. And the bathrooms are small if you are a bigger person.

Location! Right across the street from the lake.

The bathroom is a bit small but not a deal breaker. No sand for the shuffle board game.

The road noise was a little loud at times

I wish I knew the pool was on the road, it was extremely loud and the picture of the pool is deceiving. And I wish I knew the « beach » on the lake was extremely small, because I probably would have not booked. I was really looking for quiet and peace. A lake with sand large enough to host more than two people at a time. A pool that wasn’t on the parking lot and main road so loud. BUT, if I knew all of this prior, then I’d be extremely happy. The owners were adorable, facilities clean, so I’m not blaming or complaining. I was just unaware of the area and was looking for something different. My kids loved it.
