Front Desk people were fantastic, Having entertainment On-site is excellent, Location is Great! Breakfast is Great too

Every Door scrapes Metal on Metal, so when people leave their room EVERYONE hears it and it was soooo bad that I awoke multiple times because I thought it might be My door opening. Going down to pool, then finding out that you have to go to front desk meant that I had to leave pool area to get a towel, why?? You don't trust guests with pool towels, ridiculous!!! Plus, the hours that the pool is open is sooo limited that I couldn't go before 9am, why??? They have Breakfast at 6:30am, so open pool at same time, plus a moldy film at waterline in hot-tub tells us whomever is taking care of it doesn't know what to watch for. Not cool, the pool area is so lacking -its sad, Room price should be lower,

The view of Lake Michigan was fantastic from our room. Better than I thought it would be. The location of the hotel as to distance to restaurants, walking to the pier, etc was all within easy walking distance. Parking was also a breeze. The breakfast was acceptable. It had basics like eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal. Very much a variety.

We received house keeping day 1 and 2 but nothing on day 3. We were told they were short handed at first, then we were told they only have housekeeping on checkout days. (which one please?) Could happen... We still had towels still and could make our own bed, and we were leaving the next day anyway but check with the desk on this if you need house keeping everyday.

The bed was comfortable.

No coffee pot in the room, towels and soap for one person ( there were two of us), the elevator was broken.
