Location and had what we needed
The pillows. They are absolutely horrible and only one per person.

Just a couple of miles from uk hospital. Room was clean. Mattress was comfortable.
Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows.

The bed was comfortable and was fresh and clean looking and smelling. The bathroom was clean There was a nice desk to work at, a microwave and fridge in the room, along with an iron and ironing board, the room looked as if it had been recently updated.
It is too close to a busy street that had loud traffic and sirens until 4 in the morning. The TV or something kept clicking every 20 minutes or so, making it hard to sleep, people outside making noise until after 1 am. There were very limited stations available on the TV. The lighting was the super bright white type of bulbs that was pretty harsh, especially along with the grey walls and grey vinyl flooring and black furniture. The room was very industrial without any coziness or warmth.
