The property was well maintained and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of convenient businesses nearby for food, gas, coffee, and groceries.

The breakfast options were limited but there were hot and cold meals available.

I was surprised by an additional $75 pet fee when I arrived that was never mentioned online even though I asked for a vet friendly room at booking. When I arrived the elevator was broken. And this was my pets first time traveling. We checked in, got up to the room, my puppy was sick so we took her immediately back outside before she had an accident to prevent damage to the room, and cancelled our trip so that we wouldn’t be a burden to other people with her whining and barking or have her do damage to the hotel floor, beds, etc. Asked for a refund, were not refunded the $75 pet fee, got only half a refund back, and we didn’t even take our luggage to the room. Walked into the room and walked out, well not before noticing the shower was very dirty also.
