Great value at a very fair price!!!!!

Room was comfy

No water pressure, too many "long term" residents who smoked pot all night. The smell came through the bathroom vent thats interconnected with all the rooms. Cops came by each night. Binghamton overcharges for everything. The dive motel being $120/night shouldn't be a surprise I guess.

Breakfast was adequate

No hair dryer in room. The one I got from front desk had no warm air.

Room was clean. Price was ok compared to other area options.

Twice during the evening we lost the signal on our TV making it unwatchable (room 119). We lost about 45 minutes of our time to the staff trying to resolve the issue. We asked for a different room; told us they were full. We asked for a discount; no response. At one point we had the entire family in our room; husband, wife, 2 young adult children working on it. They got it working but we never regained the channel guide making it cumbersome to watch. The bathroom door needed adjustment, sticking. The breakfast was abysmal. Supplies ran out & choices were very few. Coffee was from a machine, not fresh brewed. When we arrived in the dark the hotel road sign was not lit; only the one on the bldg was. After I reported the dark sign, it was on later. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for the amount the mattress sagged under each of our bodies.
