Near family and friends. Easy un and out.
$15 charge to take food to your room. Wife has problems walking. Had to walk when she was in pain or skip breakfast.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and communicated well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Many options available. The coffee was smooth too. I would stay there when in Grand Rapids again.
The hotel was sparsely populated and I thought that putting guests next to each other was unnecessary. The guests above me were loud and disruptive.

Close to parks
Staff wasn’t at the front to check out for over 10 mins, not enough trash cans at all, rooms small with huge hallways
