Clean, great location
Several ice machines weren’t working-then finally found one.

Staff were excellent. Location and view of fountain were amazing. Bed very comfortable. Temp control worked great. Shower was good, water pressure was a bit low
The space is massive so there's a long walk between the parking garage and the actual hotel (two sets of elevators). Learning curve with elevator - recommend fixing the text on the screen so the floor numbers aren't written over with something else. Bathroom mirror was broken. Bedroom fridge cabinet was loud, recommend adding some cabinet bumpers. No breakfast, I think they had a grab and go option.

Did not partake in the breakfast. The room service was not well explained. Did not know it was coming from an off site restaurant and not interested in paying that kind of money for room service.
Both the shampoo and body wash were empty in our room.
The parking was extremely confusing for both self park and valet parking.

"The bedroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious/loved the showerhead. Appreciate the courtesy note when I placed a do not disturb sign that housekeeping did come..."
