Night time employees were friendly and engaging.
Comfortable beds. Amazing city view. Easy access to local restaurants and shops.
The bath towels were stained.
The day time desk employee was not very friendly or approachable.

Room really clean and well laid out. The shower was a plus, because my wife has trouble getting into a tub.
USB port on the lamp did not work.

This is a clean, well run hotel with helpful curtious staff. Well located walking distance to Newport on the Levee and Megacorp venue.
The walkablity of the area is something Newport should work on. (Not the hotel's fault). The street in front of the hotel can be an adventure to cross when going to Megacorp. The access to Newport on the Levee also involves either dealing with traffic or a sketchy back way. It's all workable though and worth being close by.

The air was not working I was sweating in room getting ready it was awful never really cooled down front drsk stated it would as sun went down but it did not
