Homewood Suites By Hilton Newport Cincinnati

Room was very nice and clean and well put together, thank you to the house keeping staff, well done. Location was nice close the Pavillion and some stores, there was some construction happening across the road, but that was ok seeing as another hotel is being built. Locals around the area were nice and the area was very nice and clean, clean streets, close to the Cincinnati bridge (if thats what is called) but the bridge to Cincinnati was super close. Close to movies, restaurants, aquarium and downtown Cincinnati.

Check in was terrible, no welcome, no smile, no greeting, the young girl was very dry with her duties, she seemed like she just did not care at all. She gave our cards, then we left, had to come back bc they were not programmed properly. No explanation of the hotel, no directions, we had to ask about breakfast and everything. She did not even ask me for my Hilton Honors, I had to come back and tell her to add it..like really??!! But the lady later in night was very sweet, full of smiles and we thought that she should have been the one welcome us., thank Heavens she was there.

The location was very convenient as it was in walking distance to the Megacorp Pavillion. I was there for a concert and it was great being able to walk to and from the concert. I also loved the outdoor seating area. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I did not like the parking situation. This is a hotel that does use a third party parking system, we ended up paying extra then what we was supposed there was no way to refund the money as this was used with a third party. It was just frustrating coming and going as you please, the price of parking was 15-25$ if you was to loose your ticket it was 50.00 for another one. Ridiculous. The area around the hotel too it’s tricky to find free parking most areas we went to we had to pay for parking. The hotel was nice I liked the style but I was not a fan of of the location
