Our room overlooked the bay and every morning the view was a little different. Beautiful sunrises, very cool perspective on the Pilgrim Tower (see pics; they were all taken from the hotel). There is a large parking lot behind the hotel and if you've ever been to P-town you know how hard it can be to find a place for your car. This was very convenient. It's also just a short walk to several very good restaurants and only about 10 minutes to the town center.
Breakfast was a bit... uninspired. After the first day we went into town to eat. The hotel, though was very nice.

Great location close to the town and beaches.
There’s no soundproof at all, you can hear everyone outside, next door, and above. Best to wear earplugs at night.

Location, staff was wonderful just feel rooms old and building not updated or cared for and pool area could use revamping.
