Location was great and the room was clean, wish I was there longer to say more. I would definitely recommend this place though :)

There are no staff in site but usually answered the phone and were very helpful. The maintenance guy met us on site with our keys and was really great. They also attended to our A/C issues asap. The proximity to town is great and the rooms are quaint and had the definate NO charm. The area is close to Bourbon St but far away enough to be quiet.

Shower had very poor water pressure (once you figured out how to get the hot water ... which was actually reversed). I had a hairdryer, my friend in the other room did not. The A/C was probably the loudest i have ever heard which made it hard to sleep and stay cool (very hot when we were there last week). Not a big deal but coffee, tea and ice are in another building accross the road, however both coffee and hot water were both empty at around 8.30 in the morning which was a little disappointing. Nowhere in NO seems to have little fridges in their rooms and this was the same... would be a winner to read a review and see they had them. No big issues and very normal rooms for the French Qtr ... would recommend and stay again.

It was beautiful authentic and felt like I was in history room was clean and beautifully decorated

The floors were slanted and no microwave or mini fridge shower was small

Good location. Clean, Digital key entry. No serious complaints

Pictures were old. Everything was as expected and a great deal. However if someone booked this based on pictures they might be disappointed in the outside common area.
